Scalable production infrastructure from consulting and simulation to pattern making, casting, machining, assembly and delivery.
Casteng procures custom cast parts made of steel, ductile iron, grey iron, stainless steel and aluminum castings – manufacturer-independent, from a certified network of foundries, pattern makers and machining shops. From thin-walled small components to complex core geometries and 12-ton heavy castings, raw or finish-machined.

Markets served
Each industry has its own requirements for material properties, testing scope and documentation. A structural rail component demands different checks than a simple housing. We select the foundry partner based on specification capability – not on the lowest unit cost.
Gearbox housings, bearing blocks and coupling parts made of ductile iron and steel castings.
Rotor hubs, machine frames and bearing housings up to 12 tons with high low-temperature toughness.
Cylinder heads, engine blocks, manifolds and brackets made of grey iron, SiMo and aluminum castings.
Safety-critical cast and welded components with extended NDT and complete traceability.
Machine beds, columns, slides and custom parts from prototype to series production.
Wear-resistant parts made of high-strength alloys and ADI castings, including heat treatment.
Impellers, spiral housings and valve bodies made of stainless steel and bronze, pressure tested.
Vessels, flanges and frame components in cast-welded hybrid structures.
Turbine and valve housings made of heat-resistant steel castings with high testing scope.
Rope drums, wheels, pulleys and gearboxes designed for heavy cyclic loads.
Crusher jaws, grinding plates and liners made of high-manganese steel and white iron.
Propeller hubs, rudder and shaft components made of seawater-resistant alloys.
Gearboxes and brackets in small and medium series, robust and cost-optimized.
Vibration-damping beds and columns made of grey iron, stress relieved.
Inquiry Process
You send the drawing, 3D model or sample. We verify castability, machining feasibility, materials and options.
We select 2 or 3 matching partners from our audited network for pattern making, casting, machining and logistics.
You receive the pricing, pattern tool costs, tolerances, inspection scope and delivery times in writing.
Pattern equipment construction, sample casting and initial sample inspection report (ISIR/PPAP) before serial approval.
We monitor production progress across casting, machining and coating, checking critical milestones.
Dimensional inspection, EN 10204 3.1 certs, sub-assembly, packaging and transport coordination directly to your warehouse.
